The kids (epecially Avery) have been growing up a ton. Avery talks a ton... especially compared to her brother who barely said mom and dad when he was 2. They are always suprising me with things they say... like this morning after telling Porter he needed to wear shoes and not boots (that are several sizes too big) so that he would be able to dance and run and play at kids club he paused for a minute and then said "mom, please don't make me go to dance class. I'm not a girl or a princess. I need to go to firefighter class, so I can put out fires and wear a firefighter hat and jacket and be a hero." Not sure where he is getting it all from, but its cute.
I wish I would have recorded this before... its a princess book of Avery's that we read almost every night because of the reaction we get. At the parts where prince charming dances with the princess, she used to let Porter dance with her and it was SO cute. But then Porter got a little carried away a few times when they were spinning and knocked her down so this is what we get... still cute.
PS - for those who don't know Bryce started a new job last week as manager of the chandler office of Install Pros. He's very busy, but we are excited for some financial stability. We also found out we are having another healthy little girl (due June 17th). The kids are WAY excited... mom is starting to get excited (especially now that I don't feel sick all the time and I'm not huge yet).
Time flies and we are having fun... even if we are exhausted most of the time!
